DATES: 5TH-7TH NOVEMBER 2009

Chalet amenities: 1 Duplex room with 2 storeys***

Upper storey:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds+2 matteresses
- air-conditioned

Lower Storey:
- electric jug
- bathroom
- electric fan

- tv set

Chalet cost: $248 inclusive of GST

Schedule:
5th Nov. (thurs):
- come at 2pm or anytime after that
- Free and Easy** the whole day (unpack luggage and confirm sleeping positions)
- Own dinner

6th Nov.(friday, main day* & Renee's birthday):
- breakfast and lunch free and easy
- free and easy from 11am-3pm
- 3pm start CLASS BONDING GAMES! (attendance is compulsory)
- 6.30pm end games + cleaning up
- 7pm BBQ start + swimming

7th Nov. (sat):
- Breakfast Free and Easy
- checkout at 11am



FOOD:
(bring whatever you can supply eg. homemade sushi)
BBQ food
: hotdogs (any volunteers to bring?)
: marshmellows (any volunteers to bring?)
: any other BBQ food that you can bring except for chicken wings, meat patties and satays.

-bring crazy ribbons, party poppers, water balloons, normal balloons, balloon pumpers, transparent plastic bags; those kind used in coffee shops for takeaway drinks(whatever you can supply)

*this day, people who are not sleepingover, please come for the bonding games and BBQ. you can leave after 9pm.
**Free and easy means you can do whatever you like within yourselves and can be not with the class, eg. cycling or taking shuttlebus to Downtown East(PAY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIVITIES).
***like renee has said on the below post, For those who are concerned over the gender issue, the girls and the boys will be taking turns each night to sleep on the bottom and top floor. so no worries (:
